Bauer's Brauhaus is family owned by Jason, Judy, Bob and Gene Bauer. Currently undergoing a dramatic renovation, this German Brauhaus will feature a hand-carved 30-foot wooden bar, hardwood floors, and an authentic German-American atmosphere including a few interesting and unique design features that will surely impress.

Bauer’s Brauhaus is a place where you can savor classic German favorites, such as beef rouladen, sauerbraten and house-made bratwurst. In addition to the classics, be sure to try some old Bauer family recipes and Jason’s new German-American inspired items. All are tasty choices that aim to please any appetite.
